There are many benefits to becoming a Strength for Sport.com member. Joining Strength for Sport.com gives you access to hundreds of sport specific strength and conditiong workouts. Each workout is displayed on an easy to print workout sheet. All sport specific strength training workouts coincide with a yearly planner that details when and how long each workout should be performed to maximize performance for an upcoming season or specific competition.
YEARLY membership cost $65 and includes:

52 week sport specific STRENGTH TRAINING programs for over 40 sports and activities. Each strength training program is equip with specific training phases and an annual strength training guide to assist with the implementation of each workout.

52 week sport specific CONDITIONING programs. Each conditioning program trains the specific energy systems that dominates the sport. Each conditioning program also includes a guide to help with the implementation of each workout throughout the year.

Massive VIDEO GLOSSARY - There are over 600 videos in our glossary detailing each exercise and drill prescribed in each training program.

Sport NUTRITION - With the help of registered nutritionist we have complied detailed sport nutrition information including meal plans and detailed nutrition guides.

Highlighted Workouts - This section is where we post our signature workouts. These are workouts that are great tools for enhancing fitness, mental toughness, and adding variety to your training regiment.

Coaches Corner - we answer and post questions submitted by members on training specific issues.
Your yearly membership fee of $60 will automatically be debited each year for your convenience so that your membership is uninterrupted.
